FABRIC ONE LTD (“we”) is the data controller for fabric-one.shop. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you place an order, contact us, or track an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address and order details. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Why we collect it
To fulfil and deliver your order, respond to enquiries, and meet our legal obligations (for example, accounting records). We don’t sell your data, and we don’t create marketing accounts — this site doesn’t require you to register.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payment processing), our delivery carriers (to get your order to you), and Resend (to send order and enquiry emails). Each only receives what they need to do their job.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To make a request, email contact@fabric-one.shop.
